Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://trinityhomecareandrespiteservicesllc.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Services. Trinity Home Care and Respite Services LLC provides Home Health Aide, Respite Care, In-Home Care, Personal Care Services, Companion Care and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. Trinity Home Care and Respite Services LLC (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Trinity Home Care and Respite Services LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
As-Is Basis. https://trinityhomecareandrespiteservicesllc.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Trinity Home Care and Respite Services LLC makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Trinity Home Care and Respite Services LLC's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Trinity Home Care and Respite Services LLC harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. IA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in IA.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
